Interview
It was very easy. They want to make sure that you have leadership abilities and can talk about specific events in your career that can point to you having those abilities. Make sure you come in prepared to ask questions about the company's structure.

Have you ever disagreed with a manager? How did you go about it?
Very straightforward zoom interview fairly early in the day. It's supposed to last about 45 minutes to an hour, but can go over if the conversation is positive. You're asked 5 standardized questions. Make sure you use the STAR method.

Name a time you thought you had a good idea, but were faced with feedback and had to change.
Simple and easy process they took the time to answer all questions. It was painless and they communicated effectively. It was a two week process and they let you know what to expect. I enjoyed they conversation and they details of the role.
Very straight forward with questions that try to get to know you more as a person. They are making sure you are the right fit because a lot of people quit.
