This is the longest recruitment process that I have experienced in my professional experience. I went through 4 stages and there was a progress of 1 stage per month. It has taken up to 4 months for me to get to the final stage and 2 additional months for them to say that they have selected an internal candidate. A total waste of company resources and time for everyone. They didn't seem to be very organised as I had to be sending kindly reminders for them to provide feedback for every stage.

4. Presentation with Real life example
