I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at PepsiCo (McKees Rocks, PA) in Oct 2010
Interview
I first had a phone interview and they described the position and then proceeded to ask me some questions about my work background and then a few behavioral questions. She then proceeded to set me up with a face to face interview 2 days later. This face to face interview involved me doing a mock sales pitch with the director of sales and then met with two other mangers as well as HR and then they took me to meet the president of the business unit. I made sure to prepare with possible behavioral questions the night before.

I applied through university. I interviewed at PepsiCo
Interview
Two interviews - the second one at the location was fairly unimpressive. Cheap lunch. Could have been much better, but to each their own. The interview process seemed to be pretty low-key and fast paced.
One interview was on campus and the next was with a group of Pepsi employees.
