Interview
First 30 minute interview with hiring manager, second scheduled 1-hour interview with what would be a future colleague. Was told I would find out next steps within a week. Sent an email saying I could be available. Was told they were busy but would be in touch in the coming week. Sent another email clearly explaining there was still interest in the role and inquiring about next steps. Still nothing back. Complete ghosting. Not even a canned message about "we've gone in a different direction." Felt very unprofessional. I'm not sure if I could follow up to ask for feedback or if that email will also be ignored.
The interview process was going great, and lasted about a month. I was shortlisted and told directly i would be moved on to the final round with the CEO. I was abruptly ghosted, even after i reached out multiple times to schedule the next round interview.
