Four interviews. The first is with a recruiter and is a quick meeting to test for fit. Second is rapid fire technical questions. Third is a supervised, hands on technical 'CTF'. I experienced long delays in communication and long times between interviews.

The interview process took approximately one month. It involved a chat with the talent acquisition specialist, a technical discussion with the team leads, a hands-on lab exercise with the same leads to demonstrate understanding of troubleshooting and some basic network security attacks, a conversation with the Customer Operations VP, and a final verbal offer meeting. The talent acquisition specialist was very responsive, and all team members were friendly and passionate about Pentera.
