They are desperate. The job is your if you just show up. Not a good feeling. Getting an offer was no surprise. Nobody seems happy to be there including the people they serve. Interview was in an office so small...it was a closet I think.

Short. High turnover rate. They are desperate so it's not that hard to be hired. The entire process is just for show and is just a formality. The doctors don't bother with the interview process and you are merely introduced as a new peon.
