The first interview was decent, with lots of thoughtful questions on experience and scenario-based situations. The second interview with the Director/founder was about him talking about himself and his expertise.
The role was offered, but the responsibilities/deliverables changed - even more was added to the role without a compensation adjustment. Got a bad feeling - appeared to be a bait and switch. They don't seem to know who/what they want, but they want to hold one person responsible.
