Shortly after I sent in my application materials, I was contacted for a phone interview. The phone interview was about 30 minutes long and was an altogether pleasant experience; it was much more like a conversation than a grilling Q&A. After completing a sort-of copyediting test, sent to me through email, I was scheduled for a FaceTime interview; again, this experience was nothing but pleasant. I'm not sure how far I would have gotten in this process, but I ended up having to withdraw my application from consideration. But everyone I spoke to with Pediment was friendly and knowledgeable--I'm confident they make a great team to work with. Note: they like to start interviews with a light icebreaker question, which threw me off!
