Pediatric Medical Group interview questions

Interview was unstructured and informal. I provided them with some written thoughts and those got passed on to the key stakeholder who then met with me and hired me. I did not have the sense that the person who hired me had a strong idea of what they needed to do but she was very interested and listened well.
