Very transparent process.
1. HR contacts you after they've screened your resume (mine was via university job portal).
2. Telephonic screening (not a very high focus on technical skills - to screen if you might be a suitable fit; also some suggestions for the onsite interview).
3. 3 Onsite rounds of interviews (30 mins each).
4. HR/Management round, and verbal discussion about the offer.
5. Depending on the role and some special circumstances, in person meeting with CEO.
6. They are flexible in offering a more suitable position than applied, which is a huge benefit.
