Long process to get the interview but hiring went quickly. Interview was fairly simple and easy. It took over 3 months to get to the place of getting a phone interview. Then it took only one day after the interview to be offered the job.

After filling out the application, I received an email to schedule a phone interview, and I was able to schedule quickly. The phone interviewer was extremely friendly and put me at ease. I was asked several questions about my experience, including any experience taking a test through Pearson.

Had a telephone call from the manager. She asked me a few questions. It was more about how I deal with customers. After a couple of days I received an email and got the job offer.
