I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pearson (Iowa City, IA) in Mar 2014
Interview
Process was very straightforward and quick. General behavioral questions with discussion about past experiences. A lot of emphasis was placed on previous experiences and very little was spend on "selling" the company. That may be because very little resources are invested in recruitment, so if a prospect declines an offer, the company has very minimal loss in time and money.

Interview experience went well. Spoke first via Teams with HR. Then moved onto Manager and had conversation with them via Teams. Communication was clear along the way. I was notified soon after meeting with Manager that I was going to get an offer, which I did a few days later.
Pretty unprofessional interview experience. I was told an interview was a final interview when it in fact was not. There wasn't a steady line of communication throughout the process unfortunately. The people I talked to were great and I enjoyed speaking with them but the process was unfortunately not done very well.
Applied online and got a call with recruiter. Everything went well they said it’s a good fit but never called back. Emailed them also never got any response. Don’t waste your time.
