Pearson Help Desk Technical Support interview questions

After meeting with a recruiter, they forward your name to the direct manager of the Technical Support team. A meeting with manager to answer a few random IT questions. Nothing too extreme, but enough to see how you perform on the floor. They then provide you with a Job offer. You must then successfully pass a 2 week training. If not, you can not go any further with employment.
