Standard GE Process, 3 rounds total, 2nd is with an associate and heavy tech, and the first is with an analyst. Very nice people on staff so nothing to stress too much about

Round 1: Behavioral/Introductory – Conducted over the phone, focusing on your background, interest in finance/growth equity, and general resume walkthrough.
Rounds 2 & 3: Technical/Senior Rounds – Typically held with a Vice President (VP) or senior team member. These are more technical in nature, though often described as "fair" and "not incredibly difficult" by past candidates.
