A couple of 1:1 rounds and then one 2:1 round with Engineering Manager.
The whole process was pretty untidy and not well defined. The interviewer did not had a copy of my resume and asked me to mail it to me during the course of interview. There would be huge gapes between interviews. After my first interview, I had to wait for an hour or so because the next interviewer was having lunch. The guy looked pretty uninterested(looked like he wanted to take a nap after his lunch) and asked very vague questions(Design the whole Paytm app). When I was giving my answer, he interrupted me all along and kept on showing his superiority without trying to understand what I was trying to say. In one of the interview there was a pause of 1 minute after every question because the interviewer was undecided about his next question. The interviewer went in and out of the room multiple times during the course of interview creating a whole lot of disturbance.
A day after the interview, I got a call from HR that I have cleared the interviews and they will offer me Tech Lead role and that she is sending me mail for the documents. But just 2 mins later she called again and said that there is a negative feedback and they are still undecided. After a couple of days, on me asking about my candidature she calls me to inform that they are not processing further.
