2 stage interview including case study. The case study was on a key topic in the news at the time so it shows how current their work is and an expectation that you’re keeping up.

Interview
It seemed that I was interviewed by literally two dinosaurs masking as human beings as they took the analogy that I used to explain away how easy a HRIS software was easy and user friendly literally….this was their reason for not advancing my application after interview. To be quiet honest; I’m happy they didn’t and the total lack competency to understand what I was explaining to them really gave an insight on how they’d probably not be compatible with my forward thinking personality. Additionally; their online presence or lack of it; coupled with their very lacklustre reviews on here indicates their nothing special to work for. Thank you for not selecting me; every disappointment really is a blessing..but I will credit them for providing feedback though so kudos for that.

Interview
2 stage interview as standard, no extra assessment. Standard competency based plus questions about the CV. One or two curveballs but nothing out of the ordinary. Good overall experience and a relaxed environment.
