Pretty straightforward (pre-pandemic). I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter to set up a time for a phone interview. I also had to do an online assessment, lots of trick questions that hardly made sense but I got past it. The phone interview went well and I had an in-person interview a week later with a manager and team lead. This lasted about 45 minutes or so. I also got a tour of the office. A few hours later I was notified that I got the job.
