Referred to District Leader by acquaintance who worked for company for initial interview at neutral site. Informal session which was mostly listening about management strengths and upward potential. Heard assorted promises about continued support, coaching and mentoring. Went over resume, but generally this was a get to know you meeting. Offer came by phone.
