Payless ShoeSource Assistant Manager interview questions

I was asked why do I feel I am a great canadine for the position and how do I feel about customer service. Describe how I would handle a rude customer and what qualities fit me best as an employee.

The interview was fairly easy. I did two interviews. The first interview was with the Store Manager, she read questions from a sheet of paper and recorded my answers. The second interview was with the District Manager, we basically discussed my previous jobs.
