**Horrible** This is why I prefer to work with headhunters and external recruiters; they actually care!! The internal recruiter was 10 min late to the interview. Showed up pissed because I'd sent an email asking if we were still on. Got a general sense the interviewer was annoyed; carried the same attitude through the whole interview. Gave me an overall sense of unease about the potential to working for the company. End of the interview was told I'd get an email with more info about the role and company before meeting w/the hiring manager. INSTEAD - got a rejection letter. Word the wise, don't tell someone you're going to send more info and set them up with a next step if you have NO inkling of doing so. Poor business practice and causes reviews like this to get posted.

Question 1
Hard to say. Recruiter didn't really dig in or hone in on anything. Even asked me about accolades and successes to which I had a number of them, but I stopped talking as the recruiter didn't seem interested, EVEN THOUGH they asked the question.
Asked if I had any questions, asked several, was given weak answers and basically several I don't knows. If you're recruiting for a certain role you should know the ins and outs. Very poor experience.

Interview
Be prepared to demonstrate who you are and why you would fit for Paycor. Process can move quickly with the right candidate. Phone screen, meeting with director, then final interview stage.
Multiple interviews with different levels of management. Two regional sales managers, then Area Sales Vice President.. Final interview was with HR leader. Total process went very quick. Received offer letter.
