I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Paycom (San Antonio, TX) in Oct 2022
Interview
Apply and get the OA in late September - About 30 questions about basic Java and HTML Got a email and set up the first interview with a Software Engineer - A normal chat, introductions, light resume review, culture fits, technical questions(OOP), and one LC easy at the end. Got a call and talk with a recruiter about Paycom, culture fits, more info about the jobs(location, salary, roles). Got another email for the second interview. - Heavy resume review( I have a lot of Projects so we talk about implementation, languages, tech,...). Then many technical questions relating to OOP and data structures. Got the offer 2 weeks later.
Thank you for providing details on your interview experience and giving additional insight to future potential candidates. We are thrilled to be adding great new talent to the team and are proud to welcome you to the Paycom family!

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Coding : array remove duplicate - very easy one ; no need to explain too much, must solve within 10 min
One of the interviewers was very disrespectful at the career fairs and she was unwilling to answer any questions or treat those with curtesy. She often swatted people away as there was no one in line for her compared to the other two people representing Paycom. Their interview was fairly simple in hackerrank.
Off the bat, the interviewed let me know that if I were to pass all interviews, I would be put into their "talent bank" (waitlisted).
While I went forward with the process, this was not my primary concern.
My process looked like this:
Phone call -> Technical interview -> Phone interview -> Technical interview
Unfortunately, the process was lengthy due to the first interviewer not showing up to the interview. I had it rescheduled and the interviewer showed up half way through. He was very nice and he gave me extra time to adjust for the tardiness, but I was a little exhausted already at this point.
