What a joke this "Interview" was. First off, the interviewer contacted me to schedule a time for a phone screen. I scheduled a day and took off from work just to never receive a call. I was given an excuse of why the interviewer never called and then scheduled another call for the next day. I left my office to take the call at the newly scheduled time just to not receive a call AGAIN. An hour later when I was back at my office, they called and completely ignored the fact that they scheduled a time in Oklahoma's time zone which is an hour later than NYC knowing that this is where I lived. That nightmare was just the beginning because the interview that followed was the most ill-prepared and effortless interview I have ever been apart of. They asked me roughly 3 questions and every answer I gave had long awkward pauses after where no one spoke until they finally just said "Do you have any questions about PayCom?" After that nightmare ended, I never received an email, call or anything. At least have the decency to let someone know what the outcome of the interview was--especially given how unprofessional the entire process was to begin with.
I had high hopes for this opportunity but this company obviously needs to hire more professional people to conduct interviews because that was a joke.

They make you take a whole day off work to come in and make cold calls for them. These calls are unpaid labor. They attend the meetings you book and still won’t offer you the job.
