TWO HOURS LONG. It was all behavioral questions. Spent one hour with two supervisors then ten minutes shadowing a current employee and then 1 more hour with the manager of the supervisors I already interviewed with. There was also a phone interview the corporate recruiter before going in for the two hour in-person interview.

Interview process consisted of 2 interviews and one shadowing session. Interview questions were pretty standard STAR structure. I interviewed in person with one supervisor while one other was on a video call.

Describe a time when you made a mistake and how you handled it
I had two interviews. First one was with one manager and the second was with two other managers. The interview s lasted about 30 minutes each. They asked about my payroll background and several questions that started out with, "tell me about a time..."
Very simple. A round table interview with scenario-based questions. They ask mostly about previous interactions with co-workers as well as customers. It is a customer service job and you are dealing with payroll which can get very overwhelming
