Great and straightforward and the interviewer was succinct with his questions just checked my qualifications and my experience also looking at my present work also. It was not really as difficult as much as they needed someone for the position already so it was a win-win for both the company and me. Then the offer was negotaited and made . The process was free and fair toally in all.. aND i HAD MY CONFIDENCE ALSO
