standard interview process first step interview with recruiter , hiring manager screening, five interviews with indivdual team members.Standard scenario based questions sometimes repetative as the interviewers dont go through the resume beforehand.

One of the worst experiences for a company of such scale. The process took 3 weeks. Recruiter >> HM. Everything was fine till this point. After this recruiter went completely absent. No responses to 3 emails sent over 4 days. So much for a company that has wellness as one of its values. 4 interviews in the loop. Absoloutely no information was shared whether the interview will be case based or not. The interviewer asked me about instagram reels. He just chose a domain for me to solve a problem that is not in my experience or paypal's product domain. 2 hours before the 3rd interview, it was cut short by 30 min and interviewer was replaced. 4th interview with cross team collaboration was a joke. The guy also new to paypal had no idea of what he wanted to ask. He could not speak english properly and I had to cross question 3 times to just get to know his real intention. This does not end here. After the loop, the HR asked for my availability for an additional round on a thursday afternoon. I provided on friday morning. I never heard back until Tuesday and then an automated mail arrives.
