The interview process was disappointing and felt misleading. The job posting stated they were looking for candidates with 1–3 years of customer support experience, and that experience in the financial sector was only an advantage and not a requirement. I have 7 years of experience in sales and customer support, but during the interview, I was told they were actually looking for someone with 5+ years in the banking industry. As a result, I was only offered a junior role at half the advertised salary. This contradiction between the posting and their actual expectations wasted my time. The HR representative from London didn’t acknowledge the issue and seemed indifferent to the inconsistency.
