The interview process at Pathlock starts with an initial assignment given a week before the interviews with a deadline of 1 day, based on which candidates are shortlisted. The first round is a technical round where they mostly ask technical questions and also ask the candidate to explain the code of their assignment. The second round is the CEO round, which is a normal discussion. The final round is the HR round. Additionally, while they didn’t ask me, they asked many candidates for a minimum of a 3-year bond. I appeared for all three rounds but didn’t get selected.
