Very quick in scheduling the interview and the process. Very slow in communicating decision. Decided to check references before making an offer and despite glowing references no offer was made and no explanation was given. The CEO and senior management did not even bother to respond back to thank you notes and emails that were sent. The CEO was ousted after a few weeks and the company had a major overhaul.
