First interview was 30 minutes with the hiring manager who would be the direct supervisor. Second interview was with two team members whose roles work closely with this one. Third interview was with another team member and two higher-ups.
The process rolled along pretty smoothly. Someone always got back to me until the end when they implied they would make a decision and not “keep people in the dark” for long due to a weeklong break after a week of interviews. They only contacted me with a rejection after I followed up weeks later. They are friendly and seemed optimistic for their revamp which gave me the impression they had some organizing left to do.
