1. Really laid back first call with the CEO, essentially just getting to know each other.
2. Then was introduced to head of Sales where we did a phone sales role play which was very fair and tested my sales skills.
3. Third interview was in the office where I met with every team member and it was very comprised of questions related to my experience and skills and how I could help the team in the long run with no weird questions you see in a LinkedIn article. Very practical.
4. One last interview with the CEO to ensure we were a good fit and then hired.
