Application and Resume Screening:
Application Submission: The process begins with the candidate submitting their resume or application through a job portal, company website, or referral.
Resume Screening: Recruiters or hiring managers review resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
Initial Contact:
Phone/Video Screening: A recruiter or HR representative may conduct a preliminary phone or video interview to discuss the candidate’s background, interest in the role, and basic qualifications. This stage helps assess communication skills and overall fit.
1 hour long video interview. Coding problem for half of the interview then questions about resume for other half. Very few behavioral questions. The only thing that annoyed me is that the co-founder who I interviewed with told me he'd be in touch and never got back to me. I ma be a bit biased, but I think a courtesy email saying they were moving on with other people would've been nice since he literally told me he would get in touch.
