Interview
Verbal interview with the floor manager to get to know you, and connect with you. If you passed the interview then you go for training which takes a week, to Shadow one of the waitresses learn from them and learn the menus by yourself. After that you are requested to write a test To test your knowledge on everything you have learned.

Question 1
They asked questions to test your interpersonal skills. Gave a scenario and ask how you would solve the problem. Asked about my experience, strength and weaknesses, short term goals and long term.
