Ho la solita chiamata HR e una Line Manager poi una seconda chiamata con due CRA LM della mia divisione,
La chiamata HR è stata molto standard, domande HR generalizzate mentre scorrevano la loro lista di controllo.
La seconda chiamata è stata il cuore dell'intervista.
Hanno fatto molte domande situazionali; come gestiresti questo, hai esperienza con quello, fammi un esempio di una volta in cui, ecc. Ti consiglio di riflettere su esperienze uniche nella tua carriera a cui puoi fare riferimento per domande come quella. Hanno anche dedicato del tempo per rispondere alle mie domande.

Good, they were very friendly and I was able to ask a lot of questions and they answered everything very nicely. I thought they had a lot of experience within the team and a lot to offer
Waste of my time, the interview was okay, fairly easy questions. I was rejected, for reasons best know to them. That’s all I have to say, I do not have 30 words to write

I was interviewed by three people at one time. one manager I'd be working with directly, one higher-up admin, and another hiring manager. They asked relevant questions and there were moments with laugher.
