It was a screening process very simple with the HR, with some general questions about my experience and else. I didn’t received any propost yet, but I’m continuing to the selective process.
The interview started off with general questions about yourself and your background and then covered a lot of questions that should be answered using the "STAR" method. Come prepared with many examples ready that could apply to different situations.

Primero te escriben de RH para fijar una cita para Phone Screen, esta llamada duró aproximadamente 30 minutos, fue bastante amena y relajada; aquí revisan contigo tu CV y te hacen preguntas sobre experiencia y metas a largo plazo. A las dos semanas me contactaron para una entrevista con los managers, muy agradables y simpáticas; preguntan más a profundidad sobre tu background, experiencia laboral y metas a largo plazo. Ambas entrevistas son en tu idioma y hacen algunas preguntas en inglés. En general excelente entrevista, volvería a aplicar sin duda.

¿Por qué quieres cambiar de trabajo? ¿Por qué quieres trabajar en Parexel? ¿Qué te imaginas que harás en este puesto? ¿Cuál piensas que será el mayor reto en este puesto? ¿Cómo será para ti la transición a un trabajo remoto? ¿Cómo te ves dentro de 5 años? Algún error que hayas cometido y como lo solucionaste. Falla de comunicación y como se solucionó. Salario actual. Salario deseado. ¿Cuándo podrías iniciar?
