1 interview with manager, who is unfamiliar with everything except his one product and database. All other questions were basic windows server questions. Basic connectivity and installation questions.

Interview
2 Phone Screens and a face to face interview. Got highly positive feedback from the phone screens, first person I talked to was very arrogant acted like he didn't want to do the interview. Asked nonsensical questions. Still went well from a technical standpoint. Second interview was asked some basic to high level tech questions base don knowledge... asking me what is this, whats the definition of that etc... More positive feedback from the two people interviewing me. Face to Face setup through recruiting agency as the final step. Went there and was told there wasn't an interview setup. Talked with two people, then found out from the recruiter they cancelled the face to face 24 hours prior, but never gave me notice. Very unprofessional. Glad I didn't get the job.
