I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Parexel (Durham, NC) in Jun 2014
Interview
Consisted of showing up with my resume after a friend of a friend put in a good word for me with the company. I was lucky not only because of that, but because they were starting up something cutting edge to recruit new CRAs, which the industry was in desperate need of at the time, which was a training program. I showed up resume in hand, answered a few questions about my education and why I thought i would be successful at the job. Next thing I knew I got an email that I was accepted and told when to show up for training, this included a contract to work for a year and a penalty of having to pay back the year's salary of $50k if I didn't complete the year work.

Question 1
Why are you the person for this job? Why do you think you'll be able to succeed?
Good, they were very friendly and I was able to ask a lot of questions and they answered everything very nicely. I thought they had a lot of experience within the team and a lot to offer
Waste of my time, the interview was okay, fairly easy questions. I was rejected, for reasons best know to them. That’s all I have to say, I do not have 30 words to write
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Parexel in Aug 2022
Interview
