Parallels Software Developer interview questions

Conversation with HR, followed by technical conversation with lead developers. Given sample code to explain what it does. Followed by my previous experience.

I applied by sending an email to hr, I was asked in for an interview some three weeks later. The interviewer introduced the company, the technologies they use, and where the company hopes to go. This was followed by questions about different coding techniques and was asked to analyse a code and explain what it does and possible bottlenecks and code problems.
