Paradym (London) interview questions

The interview process started well, a little slow to get back to my initial application but I was invited for a first-round interview with a member of senior management that went well. I was then sent a task, which was unpaid and took around half a day (4 hours) to complete. I was then invited for a second interview with the CEO which also seemed to go quite well and they said they would get back to me that week. After that, I heard nothing from them - completely ghosted. I sent a few follow up emails but no response. I assume they hired someone else or dropped the role - both of which are absolutely fine but at have the decency to get back to candidates (especially contractors) that have spent unpaid time, time which they could have used to complete billed work with other clients, working for you. A total disregard for contractors' time - if you're a contractor, best to avoid. If they can't respond to emails on time then they aren't going to be paying you on time.
