It was casual, we sat on the couch and the manager at the time asked me about my customer service skills. I came in person and was offered the job in a couple of days.
They asked the typical interview questions — there were two rounds of in person interviews. Prep answers for the most common interview questions and you will be fine. They get back to you within a reasonable timeframe.

A few friendly emails, a phone interview, and then one in-person interview. They were very respectful, clear and communicative about the role. It seemed like an understanding and good culture. I definitely liked the vibe.
