Well-organized store but financial burdens on staff

Company swag, fully staffed store, organized

Cons

The company makes the stores really financially responsible for various expenses (I.e store event swag, marketing,etc). Those expenses should come directly from corporate especially because these events were corporate planned.

A bit disorganized in corporate, heavy turnover because of this. Company tried to expand too rapidly and closed many locations.
