30 min: Initial call 45 min: Screening interview 90 min: #1 Technical interview 60 min: #2 Technical interview XX min: Project presentation - never happened #2 Technical interview - was about 15 mins instead of an hour, one of the interviewers joined only for the last 7 mins. Interview claimed to be Infrastructure but we spent our 15 mins discussing Linux system calls and how ls work with filesystem. After the last interview I reached out to the HR for clarification about timing and interview format. However without any output. Please be more respectful with your candidates. Eventually you're expecting to work with these people.
