I think the interviews themselves (the technical ones) were not that bad. I enjoyed speaking with them and learning more about the team. However, I don't think I even would have gotten that far in the first place had I not kept pushing and initiating contact with the recruiter. Looking back, it doesn't seem that the recruiter was very interested. It took over a month to even schedule the initial screening/resume review. Compare to other interview processes, this one felt drawn out. I did not really feel valued. Could definitely have benefited from more consistent communication
