I was interviewed for a senior management position. There were 6 interviewers scheduled but they tacked on a seventh at the last minute.
The interviewers were 5 engineers, an HR person, and the hiring manager. Even though this was a senior manager position, they interviewed me as a coder, and I spent most of my time scribbling code on a whiteboard. The hiring manager asked softball questions. The HR person was the only one who asked me any in-depth management questions. She also went on, and on, about the company's commitment to diversity.
Very little communication from the company after the interview. It took them 3 weeks to tell me I was rejected.
However, they really are committed to diversity. The people working there come from every corner of south India.
Don't bother applying to this company unless you're Indian. Everyone that interviewed me was Indian (except the HR person), the hiring manager was Indian, and most of the people that I saw in the building were Indian. If you're not Indian, you are at a serious disadvantage and are unlikely to be hired.
