The superiors asked me questions and gave me many chances to explain my past experience, and helped me to understand the position and other jobs in the company more. One (hello sir!) was very friendly and helped me relax when I start becoming nervuous.

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pag-asa Steel Works (Pasig, Rizal)
Interview
Applicants were asked to submit an accomplished application documents, including written answers to specific essay questions. This was followed by an interview with HR, then an interview with members of the department which the applicant applied for. Interviews were held in the same day as part of an onboarding event, which included seminars about the company.
