Interview
The interview process is set up with 4 steps. The first one is a one-way video interview with 3/4 general questions about your attitude. The second one is the technical step, where I used Zell to simulate a cold call. In the third step, I had a behavioral interview with the CEO. I made it to the last step with the Head of People.
I did not get the offer, but the whole process went smoothly. I particularly appreciated receiving a phone call instead of just a standard rejection email. The only aspect that could be improved is the timing of the final feedback, which took longer than expected.
