First Interviewed with their hiring agent and another interview with the employees. Took a few weeks whole process. Questions are behavioural focused and self development . Oddly difficult although the position is only temporary

In-depth discussion about the work requirement, it was a two way process of asking about my previous experiences in detail and providing relevant info about the job.
There has been three interviews so far, 3rd one was most detailed.
There was skill assessment and aptitude test as well.
It was a good two way interview
