What qualities make you suited for the role?
First, an exposition of a given topic followed by questions regarding how you would react in certain situations and about past experiences. Then, a group activity lasting about 20 min.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PTSB (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
The interview process was smooth and was coordinated very smoothly. The interview was on telephone and started of with some basic warm up questions and the interviewee through those questions created an environment of ease and comfort.
