The interview process was quite shocking. Here are the reasons:
1. I was asked to get ready inside zoom meeting at let's say, 13:00. When I showed up, there were other participants who were gonna get interviewed. After confirming the number of participants, the interviewer created schedule to determine the order of interview for each of us. She asked me to stand by by 15:30. I think it was not professional to have someone be there at 13:00, only to call that person 2 and half hour later.
2. Interview itself was very easy. I was told to tell about myself and so I did. After that, interviewer confirmed some information about me like my family member, my preferred method of transportation, etc. etc. It was rather odd to ask too many questions about one's family. Didn't they value privacy?
3. The interviewer's room was too noisy. It was a bit distracting. They should have done it in a different, quieter room.
