Headhunter tried to down shift the role half way through the process. 4+ people in panel interview style that was incoherent with certain panelists taking 50% or more of the time while others, clearly not subject matter experts, merely watch and said nothing yet all weighed in on recommendations. No time for reciprocal questions/dialogue everything was on their predetermined time schedule.
