I applied through LinkedIn and had a recruiter screen, System Design Interview, Coding round, and behavioural questions. I got the offer and scheduled an offer discussion round, but nothing concrete was decided in that round. The recruiter was a little rude, saying that many people are waiting in the queue and they will decide accordingly. I found it strange and unprofessional. A few days later, she went radio silent, and when I pinged her, she said the offer is still in the internal approval process, and there is no update. A few days later, again no response to my email. A few days later, I ping again and get a rejection email.

The Recruiter is based in the UK and the hiring team is based in the Shenzhen. The description for this role from the recruiter is about building up channel strategy and establish partner ecosystem whilst the hiring team is just how much revenue can you bring by selling to local distributors. I was ghosted by the recruiter and the team after the interview.
